Carnevale Realty was founded by Leo Carnevale in Simcoe, Ontario. After having spent some time in Milton & Cambridge as a very successful real estate agent, Leo was in contact with a local builder in Simcoe where he began to fall in love with the area. Leo now proudly calls Simcoe home.

We’ve probably skipped ahead of ourselves here. Let’s rewind a bit. Leo has a long history working in the hospitality industry where he started from the bottom and worked his way up through his family business. Having spent 40 years in this industry, he truly understands what it means to provide the best service possible. Starting from the bottom washing dishes and making pizzas, Leo then went on to run his first restaurant at just 24 years old.

In 2005, Leo Carnevale decided it was time for a career change. Having learned so much from the hospitality and restaurant industry, real estate seemed like a perfect fit. Having worked in several different markets within Southern Ontario including Milton, the GTA and Cambridge, he has a great understanding of what it takes to successfully market a property in all types of markets. He continues to provide the same level of service that he did while working in the hospitality industry, or as he refers to it as “over-serving” clients. As a top Realtor in Simcoe, Leo is passionate about all thing’s real estate.

We’ll advertise your home through a variety of different marketing platforms including MLS, Facebook, Instagram, and other publications.
